Cancellation & refunds

Subscriptions can be cancelled from the billing portal and remain active through the current paid period. Failed generations automatically return reserved credits after confirmed failure.

Because generation costs are incurred immediately, successfully consumed credits are normally non-refundable. Statutory consumer rights still apply. This policy must be reviewed by counsel before launch.
